In September, the supply of agricultural land may increase by 1.5-2 times, - GIS "Uvekon".

This was stated by Uvecon's business development partner Oleksandr Korobko.

According to him, the growth of the supply of land will be associated primarily with the growth of buyer activity, as well as with the establishment of the pricing process.

Based on a study of GIS “Uvecon”, the expert noted that as of July 1, 1973 sites were offered for sale. The largest volume of land proposals was concentrated in Kyiv region - more than 430 proposals during the month. In Odesa, 170 plots were put up for sale, in Dnipropetrovsk - 132 plots, in Lviv - 114, in Poltava - 106, in Kharkiv - 99, in Kherson - 98, in Zhytomyr - 96, in Vinnytsia - 80. “In other regions the level supply of agricultural land was much smaller. The lowest rate was recorded in Luhansk region - 17 plots of land", - said Alexander Korobko.

According to the expert, with the opening of the land market, the average bid price ranged from $ 2,000 / ha to $ 3,600 / ha. In some cases, the price of offers to sell agricultural land reached $ 4,500 / ha.

The most expensive land plots were offered in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Lviv, Odesa and in Transcarpathian region. The cheapest land is recorded in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

According to the expert, the agricultural land market is only in its infancy. Actually, as well as the pricing policy of sellers.

“These prices were announced on the eve of the opening of the land market. Only in August will it be possible to talk about the compliance of prices with current demand. There is an assumption that the lands offered for sale, although they have the status of agricultural purposes, are sold not for farmers, but for those entrepreneurs who need land for a conventional gas station, or housing construction, etc.”, - Oleksandr Korobko noted.
