I want to apologize for possibly increasing the time interval required for the operation of "search and selection of analogs", which is caused by overloading server hardware and is the result of active use "Calculator". Because the users of the service from the date of putting it into commercial operation has become more than 380 experts. In the near future with the aim of improving the level of comfort of operation with the "Calculator ..." we will work to increase the capacity of the backend GIS "UVECON".

The factor is applied automatically by the system and make amendments to the advertised selling price of each of the selected analogs, depending on its geographical location.

Continued collaboration "UVECON" URA will continue to update and monitor the already calculated values of coefficients of bargaining", but to clarify their meaning as on a territorial basis and the type, size and other characteristics of the property.
