12 may 2014 Minsk city Executive Committee carried out the registration of the Association of valuation organizations in the Unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus.
The Association is a noncommercial organization, which unites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs without education of the legal entity engaged in appraisal activities, as well as organizations providing education (training, retraining, advanced training and other forms of educational activities) individuals engaged in appraisal activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The subject of activity of Association is formulated as a consolidation of the actions of members of the Association in the field of valuation activity, protection of interests of Association members and provide comprehensive care in the problems facing members of the Association objectives.
The main objectives of the Association is:
- representation and protection of rights and legitimate interests of its members, coordination of their activities and increase their efficiency;
- the Association of professional participants of the market valuation services engaged in the valuation of objects of civil rights;
- providing a supportive environment to members of the Association in their professional activities;
- to provide assistance to interested state bodies in developing and carrying out a balanced state policy in the field of valuation activity in the Republic of Belarus taking into account the interests of professional participants of this activity.
Today the Association includes organizations that employ more than 50% of the total number of certified appraisers of the Republic.
