Switch "On|Off" in cell "Factors GIS "UVECON" provides the activation or deactivation of the operating mode calculator, with application of correction factors on pricing factors calculated by the system.

In the switch position "On" ratios GIS "UVECON" apply to all criteria that the user selected as such that its value affect the ratio of the values of analogues and the object of evaluation. The values of the coefficients GIS "UVECON" is displayed in the cells of the calculator and take part in calculating the total correction factor automatically for the criteria that are entered by the system based on automatically assigned by the system data or immediately after the user selects the appropriate criterion value from the directory system.

In the switch position "Off" the calculator acquires the status of a manual mode in which the user receives the option, at its discretion, choose to download the data to use for calculations the values of the coefficients of adjustments.
