The evaluation of the business and the rights to objects of intellectual property used in "Zorya-Mashproekt"

With the aim of preparing for the signing of the license agreement and the distribution of shares of the royalty was determined by the market value of the business and the rights to intellectual property used "Zorya-Mashproekt"".

State enterprise "Scientific-production complex of gas turbine construction "Zorya"-"Mashproekt" – the Ukrainian designer and manufacturer of gas turbines for marine and industrial applications. The complex includes the Center for research and development work "Mashproekt" and mass production of "dawn".

The company is part of Ukroboronprom

In the process, had been identified the total value of the rights on objects of intellectual property

The portfolio of the OIC, submitted to the evaluation consisted of the design documentation, patents (7 pieces), know-how (50 pieces).In determining the market value were used the cost and income approaches.
