Determination of compliance with the cost of objects of the Customer market prices on the basis of comparison of price index of cost per sq. m. of the object bounds of the range of market value per 1 sq. m of a particular segment of real estate in cities in motion.
This work involves:
- analysis of the composition of the immovable property (according to the provided Customer list);
- information on the compliance market prices the value of an immovable property according to the provided Customer list with reflection ranges of the bid prices as of the study period for each property, in particular, interest Chilena value of the object from the average market prices;
- conclusion on the compliance or non-compliance with market prices of real estate as a percentage of the total number of objects.
Information base of the research:
- the list of real estate objects accounted on the balance sheet of the Customer;
- their own knowledge base of the company;
- the results of statistical processing of primary data in the time periods with the help of specialized programs.
