Warehouse real estate. Classification. Warehouses of class A.

Professional classification is greatly simplified, as the conclusion of transactions and an assessment of facilities in the interests of private companies and public bodies.
In the late 90-ies the concept of the classification of warehouses developed by the company Knight Frank. The classification was at the heart of the experience of the leading companies operating in the markets of the developed countries of the world and was adapted for the markets of former Soviet countries. Despite the fact that at the moment there is no officially approved document, which would be classified warehouses, the classifier became the basis for harmonizing the views of designers, developers, builders and owners of existing facilities and buildings, and other market operators. In the future, developed on the basis of this concept classifiers simplifies the interaction operators of the market of industrial and warehouse real estate of Ukraine and the respective pan-European market.
