In the framework of the informational-analytical center of research of real estate market of Ukraine, there was held the analysis of the state of the real estate market of the regional centers in the segments of residential and commercial properties and land plots for individual housing construction in the 3rd quarter of 2017.
The result of this analysis was handled 825 thousand objects offer of sale and rent of real estate.
Considering the dynamics of the average cost of sale per square meter in the studied segments were identified following the dynamics of the market in relation to the previous quarter:

Considering the dynamics of the average cost of sale per square meter in the studied segments were identified following the dynamics of the market in relation to the previous quarter:
- Secondary market of apartments: -1,36%
- The primary market of apartments: -1,39%
- Homeownership: - 3,38%
- Office properties: + 0,29%
- Commercial real estate: - 3,41%
- Industrial and warehouse real estate: -0,29%
- Land plots for individual housing construction: to 5.73%
Dynamics formed on the basis of the average cost of sale per square meter in 24 regional centers of Ukraine (including the ATO and with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
Analyzing the dynamics of prices on the regional centers of Ukraine in the analyzed quarter, it can be concluded that the average cost of real estate in the dollar showed a slight decrease, but analyzing each individual locality it should be noted that the vast majority of regional centers were observed to stabilize prices.
The rental market in the third quarter was marked by stabilization and a slight increase in rental rates in all studied segments of the market.
