In Ukraine will be regular monitoring of key indicators in the areas of land use, details of which will be available to citizens. It is reported by the Government portal, with reference to the resolution “On implementation of the pilot project on the monitoring of land relations and the introduction of amendments into some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”.
According to the Government decree, from September 1 implemented the mutual exchange of information between the Executive authorities and bodies of local self-government, which will allow you to update data on a regular basis.
In particular, to accumulate following groups of data: the composition of the land, the number of landowners and land users, the average size of land plots, registration of land plots in State land cadastre, the number and area of land leased, lent and transferred the property to the citizens free of charge, the amounts accrued and paid payments for use of land plots – total more than 140 indicators.
As emphasized by the first Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Maxim Martyniuk, a reflection of the status and trends of development of land relations will provide an opportunity for prompt responses to risks and bring land relations to a new level of openness, since all information will be accumulated and available to the public and international organizations.
"In addition, we expect to increase the efficiency of management of land resources by local communities, since they have a powerful national analytical and informative tool for professional decision-making in the sphere of the land", - he stressed.
Earlier, the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine on land auctions" dated February 18, 2016, No. 1012-VIII made a number of changes.
