The state property Fund of Ukraine completes the development of a Unified database of real estate valuation.
This was announced by the acting Chairman FGIU Vitaly Trebarov.
He noted that the Budget code of Ukraine there is a corresponding rule which was the cause of the creation of the new database, and new approaches in tax assessments. "We are now completing the procedure. I think that in June we move on to new frontiers... According to our data, when this system becomes operational, the state and the state budget can get an additional 2 to 3 billion UAH", – said Trebarov.
According to him, introduction this procedure provides for tracking that apartments in the Central parts of major cities will not be able to be sold at an undervalue – their price is tied to those indicativo, which will be located in a particular program.
"The appraiser will do his job, he's in this program enter the data. If he gets in the indicative mood, which there exists, then his work is taken, and the notary has the right to issue (the agreement – ed.). If you do not accept, then the transaction is not committed," added Trebarov.
Note, in April the state property Fund has developed new rules for valuation of state property according to the new law on privatization and sent for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers the draft on introducing changes to the existing method of valuation.
