Ukraine needs to create an electronic registry of technical inventory real estate experts.

Public Council under the Ministry of regional policy, construction and housing and communal services considers it necessary for the creation and implementation in Ukraine of a Single electronic registry and technical inventory of objects of real estate.

"We offer the Ministry of regional development to create an electronic register material of technical inventory. Notaries, lawyers, employees of centers of administrative services will be able to check in the registry that was provided inventory registration", - said Chairman of the Association "Zahidtehinventarizaciya" Andrey Davidyuk on a press-conferences in Agency "Interfax-Ukraine" on Tuesday. He explained that the electronic registry will allow you to verify the authenticity of technical documents, as well as provide useful information for rescue services.

"On April 19 in Kiev is scheduled to hold the first all-Ukrainian Congress of engineers technical inventory of objects of real estate, which we plan to create a single site and develop the draft recommendations," - said the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of regional development Paul Mikhailidi. According to the Chairman "Shidtehinventarizaciya" Ilya Meleshkina, technical passport in Ukraine does not provide exhaustive information about the object, in particular, about its location. Such information is in the public domain will simplify the work of the rescue services, he said.
