In July-August 2021, the average cost of apartments on the secondary market in the regional centers of Ukraine increased by 2.5%: from 906 dollars / m2 to 929 dollars / m2. At the same time, prices for 1-bedroom apartments increased by an average of 2.9% (from $ 930 / m2 to $ 957 / m2), the cost of 2-bedroom apartments increased by an average of 2.6% (from $ 863 / m2 to 886 USD / m2), prices for 3-room apartments added 2.1% (from 860 USD / m2 to 879 USD / m2), the cost of 4-room apartments increased by an average of 1.7% (from 1206 USD / m2 to 1227 USD / m2).

This is evidenced by the results of a study of the secondary real estate market of Ukraine, conducted by the Association of Realtors (Realtors) of Ukraine in conjunction with the Geoinformation Portal "Uvekon".

Thus, in Vinnytsia in July-August 2021, prices on the secondary housing market increased by an average of 1.6% (from 826 USD / m2 to 939 USD / m2). The cost of 1-bedroom apartments increased by 2.8% (from $ 860 / m2 to $ 884 / m2), 2-bedroom apartments increased in price by 0.5% (from $ 813 / m2 to $ 817 / m2), prices for 3-room apartments increased by 1.8% (from $ 807 / m2 to $ 821 / m2), the cost of 4-room apartments increased by 3.1% (from $ 754 / m2 to $ 777 / m2).

3050 apartments for sale (total area 179 771 m2) were analyzed.


In the Dnieper during the reporting period, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 3.7% (from 923 USD / m2 to 957 USD / m2). 1-room apartments went up by 4.3% (from $ 951 / m2 to $ 992 / m2), 2-room apartments - by 4.1% (from $ 929 / m2 to $ 967 / m2), 3-room apartments - by 3% , 3% (from 868 USD / m2 to 897 USD / m2), 4-room apartments - by 1.7% (from 1055 USD / m2 to 1074 USD / m2).

7,945 apartments for sale (total area 528,164 m2) were analyzed.

In Zhytomyr, prices on the secondary market of apartments remained on average unchanged (727 dollars / m2). At the same time, the price of 1-room apartments increased by 3.5% (from 778 USD / m2 to 806 USD / m2), the cost of 2-room apartments decreased by 0.6% (from 744 USD / m2 to 740 USD / m2), 3 -room rooms fell by 1.1% (from 691 dollars / m2 to 684 dollars / m2), the cost of 4-room apartments decreased by 2.8% (from 622 dollars / m2 to 604 dollars / m2).

1,219 apartments for sale (total area 68,526 m2) were analyzed.


In Zaporizhia, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 2.5% (from $ 631 / m2 to $ 647 / m2). The cost of 1-room apartments increased by 2.1% (from 677 USD / m2 to 692 USD / m2), 2-room apartments - by 2.5% (from 626 USD / m2 to 642 USD / m2), 3-room apartments - by 3% (from 616 dollars / m2 to 634 dollars / m2), 4-room - by 2% (from 605 dollars / m2 to 617 dollars / m2).

3,659 apartments for sale (total area 216,632 m2) were analyzed.


In Ivano-Frankivsk, prices on the secondary market rose by an average of 0.5% (from $ 526 / m2 to $ 529 / m2). One-room apartments went up by 0.9% (from $ 531 / m2 to $ 535 / m2), 2-room apartments increased in price by 0.4% (from $ 522 / m2 to $ 524 / m2), 3-room apartments - by 0.2% (from 526 USD / m2 to 527 USD / m2), and the cost of 4-room apartments decreased by 2.8% (from 553 USD / m2 to 537 USD / m2).

7,703 apartments for sale (total area 483,245 m2) were analyzed.


In Kyiv, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 4.7% (from USD 1,787 / m2 to USD 1,871 / m2). 1-room apartments went up by 6.6% (from 1637 USD / m2 to 1745 USD / m2), 2-room apartments - by 6% (from 1662 USD / m2 to 1762 USD / m2), 3-room apartments - by 2, 1% (from 1766 USD / m2 to 1804 USD / m2), 4-room apartments - by 0.1% (from 2663 USD / m2 to 2667 USD / m2).

28,652 apartments for sale (total area 2,333,509 m2) were analyzed.


In Kropyvnytskyi, the cost of housing on the secondary market increased by an average of 0.7% (from $ 600 / m2 to $ 604 / m2): 1-bedroom apartments increased in price by 1.4% (from $ 586 / m2 to $ 594 / m2), 2-room - by 0.2% (from 618 USD / m2 to 619 USD / m2), prices for 3-room apartments decreased by 0.2% (from 597 USD / m2 to 596 USD / m2), and 4-room apartments went up by 2.9% (from $ 570 / m2 to $ 587 / m2).

1800 apartments for sale (total area 97 320 m2) were analyzed.

In Lutsk, the cost of apartments on the secondary market increased by an average of 2.4% (from 722 USD / m2 to 739 USD / m2): 1-bedroom apartments increased in price by 2.6% (from 778 USD / m2 to 798 USD / m2), 2-room - by 5.9% (from 708 USD / m2 to 750 USD / m2), prices for 3-room apartments decreased by 0.6% (from 699 USD / m2 to 695 USD / m2), 4-room apartments went up by 1.6% (from $ 659 / m2 to $ 669 / m2).

606 apartments for sale (total area 37,524 m2) were analyzed.


In Lviv, the cost of apartments on the secondary market increased by an average of 0.5% (from 1074 USD / m2 to 1080 USD / m2). 1-room apartments went up by 1.1% (from 1089 USD / m2 to 1101 USD / m2), 2-room apartments - by 1.7% (from 1071 USD / m2 to 1089 USD / m2), prices for 3-room apartments apartments decreased by 1.9% (from 1064 USD / m2 to 1044 USD / m2), the cost of 4-room apartments remained almost unchanged - an increase of only 0.1% (from 1064 USD / m2 to 1065 USD / m2).

4716 apartments for sale (total area 316 480 m2) were analyzed.

In Nikolaev, the prices in the secondary housing market increased on the average by 1,8% (from 647 dollars / m2 to 659 dollars / m2): 1-room apartments rose in price by 1,3% (from 678 dollars / m2 to 687 dollars / m2) , 2-room apartments increased in price by 0.9% (from 644 USD / m2 to 650 USD / m2), 3-room apartments - by 3.3% (from 631 USD / m2 to 652 USD / m2), 4-room apartments - by 1.4% (from 635 dollars / m2 to 643 dollars / m2).

3248 apartments for sale (total area 189 675 m2) were analyzed.

In Odessa, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 1.5% (from 1002 dollars / m2 to 1017 dollars / m2). 1-room apartments went up by 2% (from 1011 USD / m2 to 1031 USD / m2), 2-room apartments - by 1% (from 984 USD / m2 to 994 USD / m2), 3-room apartments - by 1.5% (from 988 dollars / m2 to 1003 dollars / m2), 4-room - by 0.9% (from 1087 dollars / m2 to 1097 dollars / m2).

54,253 apartments for sale (total area 3,501,588 m2) were analyzed.


In Poltava, the cost of housing on the secondary market in July-August increased by an average of 2% (from 783 dollars / m2 to 799 dollars / m2). One-bedroom apartments went up by 3.8% (from $ 802 / m2 to $ 833 / m2), one-bedroom apartments - by 3.2% (from $ 796 / m2 to $ 821 / m2), 3-bedroom apartments - by 2.2% (from 725 USD / m2 to 741 USD / m2), 4-room apartments - by 2.7% (from 837 USD / m2 to 859 USD / m2).

2414 apartments for sale (total area 138 721 m2) were analyzed.


In Rivne, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 1% (from 726 dollars / m2 to 733 dollars / m2). The cost of 1-bedroom apartments increased by 1.3% (from $ 768 / m2 to $ 779 / m2), 2-bedroom apartments - by 0.4% (from $ 747 / m2 to $ 750 per m2), 3- room - by 1.3% (from 670 dollars / m2 to 678 dollars / m2), 4-room - by 3% (from 548 dollars / m2 to 565 dollars / m2).

1820 apartments for sale (total area 103 425 m2) were analyzed.

In Sumy, prices on the secondary market of apartments increased by an average of 2.1% (from 623 USD / m2 to 637 USD / m2). The cost of 1-bedroom apartments increased by 2.4% (from 660 USD / m2 to 676 USD / m2), prices for 2-bedroom apartments remained almost unchanged - the price decreased by 0.1% (from 644 USD / m2 to 643 USD / m2), 3-room apartments rose by 5.7% (from USD 580 / m2 to USD 613 / m2), 4-room apartments increased in price by 1.5% (from USD 526 / m2 2 to USD 534 / m2) m2).

1071 apartments for sale (total area 59 396 m2) were analyzed.


In Ternopil, prices on the secondary market of apartments increased on average by 1.4% (from 671 USD / m2 to 681 USD / m2). The cost of 1-room apartments increased by 2.2% (from 697 USD / m2 to 712 USD / m2), 2-room apartments - by 3.1% (from 669 USD / m2 to 690 USD / m2), 3-room apartments - by 0.3% (from $ 655 / m2 to $ 657 / m2), 4-room apartments - by 0.2% (from $ 618 / m2 to $ 619 / m2).

1473 apartments for sale (total area 99 574 m2) were analyzed.

In Kharkiv, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 2.2% (from $ 884 / m2 to $ 904 / m2). One-bedroom apartments went up by 2.7% (from $ 856 / m2 to $ 879 / m2), one-bedroom apartments - by 1.7% (from $ 888 / m2 to $ 903 / m2), 3-bedroom apartments - by 1.2% (from 913 m to 924 USD / m2), 4-room - by 3.7% (from 974 USD / m2 to 1010 USD / m2).

In Cherkasy, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 3.4% (from $ 686 / m2 to $ 709 / m2). One-bedroom apartments went up by 7.6% (from $ 729 / m2 to $ 784 / m2), one-bedroom apartments - by 2.6% (from $ 686 / m2 to $ 704 / m2), 3-bedroom apartments - by 1.4% (from $ 654 / m2 to $ 663 / m2), 4-room apartments - by 3.6% (from $ 616 / m2 to $ 638 / m2).

1370 apartments for sale (total area 81 488 m2) were analyzed.


In Chernivtsi, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 2.3% (from $ 756 / m2 to $ 774 / m2). The cost of 1-bedroom apartments decreased by 0.4% (from 795 USD / m2 to 792 USD / m2), 2-bedroom apartments added 4.9% (from 755 USD / m2 to 792 USD / m2), 3-bedroom apartments went up by 2.1% (from 736 dollars / m2 to 752 dollars / m2), and 4-room apartments fell by 1.3% (from 710 dollars / m2 to 700 dollars / m2).

1223 apartments for sale (total area 81 587 m2) were analyzed.


In Chernihiv, prices on the secondary apartment market increased by an average of 3.3% (from $ 662 / m2 to $ 684 / m2): 1-bedroom apartments went up by 6.1% (from $ 709 / m2 to $ 752 / m2) , 2-room - by 2.8% (from 670 dollars / m2 to 689 dollars / m2), 3-room - by 4% (from 619 dollars / m2 to 644 dollars / m2), 4-room - by 1, 9% (from $ 556 / m2 to $ 566 / m2).

In Uzhhorod, prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 0.6% (from $ 762 / m2 to $ 767 / m2). The cost of 1-bedroom apartments increased by 1.9% (from $ 801 / m2 to $ 816 / m2), prices for 2-bedroom apartments decreased by 0.2% (from $ 780 / m2 to $ 778 / m2), 3 -room rooms went up by 0.2% (from 713 dollars / m2 to 715 dollars / m2), 4-room apartments increased in price by 5.1% (from 646 dollars / m2 2 to 679 dollars / m2).
