The law must be signed by the speaker of Parliament, the President of Ukraine; then the text will be published in the official Gazette. The next day, the document will come into force.

"In order for privatization in the future passed, the law is not enough. The first action that needs to be done if it is multi-faceted, but it is one. Under this law, it is necessary to make changes in almost 20 regulations. Part of regulatory documents is at the level of the state property Fund of Ukraine, and we already have tried and tested these changes, we accept them fast enough," said Trebarov.
According to him, in half of the documents have to modify the Cabinet.
"And here will depend on how fast we can go with the Cabinet, economy Ministry, Finance Ministry and justice Ministry the entire procedure as agreed. The next stage after the adoption of secondary legislation – an issue that is connected with unblocking of the situation related objects prohibited for privatization. And the program of the Ministry, which, together with we have developed where there is a list of objects of state-owned enterprises, which will be put up for privatization, there are about 900, this is a good list, but it is more than 200 enterprises are in the list of prohibited for privatization," he added the Chairman of the Fund.
