The purpose of this project is to provide objective information about compliance with current market prices, values of real estate of the Customer.

Determination of compliance with the cost of objects of the Customer market prices on the basis of comparison of price index of cost per sq. m. of the object bounds of the range of market value per 1 sq. m of a particular segment of real estate in cities in motion.

The purpose of this project is to provide objective information about the range of likely market value of the Customer's facilities.

The determination of the probable market value of the objects is performed by matching the object with the medium-market price ranges given the market segment which includes objects, square objects, and their locations.

Competition in the real estate market every year is increasing. The discovery of a new object is now impossible without conducting a competent marketing research and development of the concept.

Existing players of the market are forced to constantly monitor the market situation, from time to time to review their concept. The development of the real estate market is directly dependent on decision-making based on its research and analysis. There is an objective need for statistical estimation and analysis of laws and contingencies in the development of the real estate market.
