Accumulation and processing of information on the content of advertisements for the sale and lease of real estate objects by the geoinformation system "Uvekon" was carried out monthly and continuously throughout the first half of 2022.
The array of data for February 2022 is based on announcements that were current as of February 22, 2022.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the "All-Ukrainian Unified Geoinformation System for Collection, Analysis, Search and Visualization of Price Indicators of the Real Estate Market of Ukraine" (GIS "Uvekon") is an interactive working platform for participants in the real estate market, which allows the user to work with databases and analysis results in the mode online.
The uniqueness of this project is its scale (the database covers the entire territory of Ukraine), regular monthly updating of the database, the possibility of accessing retrospective data, the possibility of real-time analysis.
The mass of data accumulated by GIS "Uvekon" for the period October 2017 - July 2022 is 33 million advertisements.
