On March 22 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading the bill No. 3696 "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the regulation of urban development" on the extension of the period for acceptance into operation construction objects built without permission for construction works. The decision was supported by 276 deputies, reports Stroyobzor.

- the inability to sell or donate the property to leave it in the inheritance;
- the inability to hold any communication;
- the demolition of the object.
- individual (farmstead) houses, gardens, country houses with a total area of 300 square meters, as well as economic (HOMESTEAD) buildings and constructions a total area of 300 sqm built with 5 Aug 1992 9 APR 2015;
- buildings and structures for agricultural purposes, constructed prior to March 12, 2011.
Objects must be constructed on the land plots according to their functions and to meet state building codes (DBN).
