The government has identified a consultant to prepare for privatization and sale of state block of shares of PJSC “Tsentrenergo” size 78,289 % of the share capital of the company. They will be the company “Ernst & Young spoŀka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp Corporate Finance. to” (Republic of Poland), selected according to the results of a contest held by the state property Fund.
At the same time, EA set the task of preparing the property for sale, in particular on the provision of financial and environmental audit, independent evaluation to determine the value of shares of PJSC “Centrenergo” and the definition of investment attractiveness of the enterprise and possible ways of its improvement.
