XII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Property Valuation

During the golden season, the city of Odessa frankly and hospitably opened its hugs for participants of the international conference of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, which took place on September 14-15, 2017.

The dynamics of economic, legal and scientific processes in the field of property valuation makes it an attractive platform for finding new forms of cooperation, and the interaction between the state and business.

The conference was attended by:
  • Chris Grzecic - President of the European Group of National Appraisers Associations, TEGoVA;
  • George Badescu - Founder of the Romanian Appraisers Association, International Consultant, President of CMF CONSULTING;
  • Andrei Artemenkov - manager of Bookline, Ltd, Jerusalem, Israel;
  • Willis Zhumerskis - Chairman of the Board of the Latvian Association of Appraisers of the Real Estate;
  • Valuators-members of self-regulatory organizations in Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Romania.
Also, the speakers of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, RICS, TEGoVA, and representatives of the Uvecon group of companies, which is a member of the Ukrainian Appraisers Society and the market leader in property valuation.

The following issues were considered at the conference:

  • Discussion of the most relevant and ambiguous aspects of the assessment in modern terms.
