Performed work on the independent evaluation of such enterprises and the private interests in them, as JSC "Titan", OJSC "Sumykhimprom", CJSC "Crimean Titan" Group of companies "agricultural products", PJSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval".

Author and co-author of several books on evaluation, including "Business Valuation: problems of theory", "business Valuation: fundamentals, instrumentation, and practice", "Valuation of rights to objects of intellectual property: method relief from royalty" and also a large number of publications on the assessment of real estate and business.

Lectures on business valuation in the Information-consultation center of the Ukrainian society of appraisers and International Institute of Business (Ukraine) and in Belarus and Moldova.
