This was based on the study "Investment attractiveness of residential real estate in the regions of Ukraine", conducted by the Geoinformation portal "Uvekon", said Roman Shepetko, investment analyst at GIS "Uvekon".
Following the results of July in the majority of segments of the real estate market of Ukraine there was an increase in prices. Thus, in the secondary housing market, after a period of relative price stability that lasted from April to June, in July, apartments for sale rose in price by an average of almost 7.9%. And in the rental segment, prices rose by 11.3%.
In July, household prices rose by an average of 6.3%, and building land added 7.2% to the price.
At the same time, office real estate for sale in Ukraine added more than 18.5% to the price, and the cost of renting offices increased by 14.1%.

He emphasized that as of the beginning of July, the average cost of private estates in Ukraine was 474.7 $/m2. If in March 2021 the average prices increased by 5.6% to 496.1 $/m2, in June the value of private estates decreased by an average of 4.8% to 474.7 $/m2”, said the expert.
In September, the supply of agricultural land may increase by 1.5-2 times, - GIS "Uvekon".
